#7. A picture of the VIN that I can read (Motorcycle VIN's are the Frame Not the Engine)
#8. Name & address of who it will be titled to
#9. How & where you bought it & reason why it doesn't have a title

The Following Applies To Ohio Residents Only
In addition to everything listed above you will be charged 7% sales tax on the $250 as well as a $15 title transfer fee to equal $282.50
You will need to print, fill out, & mail this power of attorney to me because as a dealer I have to transfer the title into your name and pay your sales tax

How long does it take to get a title
This service is usually performed every Wednesday morning & sent out that same afternoon in a priority mail envelope
